Please send your check to the Bookbuilders Office and make it payable to
"Bookbuilders of Boston" by September 5, 2008. Please reference if you are
paying for golf and / or sponsoring a hole on this registration form.

The location for this year's tournament will be Spring Valley Country Club in Sharon, MA. Please find the directions below. The telephone number is 781-784-5991.
Fees
Golf is $150.00 per person and includes cart, lunch, and dinner.
Dinner Only at $50.00 per person
Hole Sponsor at $700.00 per hole
Raffle tickets at $20.00 each, purchased at the tournament only.

The tournament will be Scramble format and will allow for all levels of
golfers.
Golf at Spring Valley Country Club
Spring Valley recommends that golfers understand proper "golf etiquette" and
proper golf attire is required. Men's shirts without collars, gym shorts or
jeans are not permitted. Also, please make sure to wear soft spike shoes.
If inclement weather prevails to the extent that the course is deemed
"unplayable" and we cannot play, golf will be rescheduled. If you are unsure
of the weather, please call Spring Valley at 781-784-5991 for
information.

Driving Directions
From the North (Boston)
Route 128 to 95 South. Go about 6 miles on 95 South to the third exit, Exit 10, which reads Coney Street, Sharon/Walpole. Take a left on Coney Street. Go 4/10 of a mile to the first left, Edgehill Road. Go 6/10 of a mile on Edgehill to the first left, Tiot Street. Spring Valley is 1/10 mile on the right hand side.
From the South (Providence, RI)
Go North on Route 95 to Exit 9, which read Walpole, Route 1 to 27. Take exit and proceed on Route 1 North approximately 1 mile to set of lights at Route 27 intersection. Take right at lights and proceed 1 mile to stop sign. Go straight through the intersection. This is Edgehill Road. Go 6/10 of a mile on Edgehill to the first left, Tiot Street. Spring Valley is 1/10 of a mile on the right hand side.
