Freelance Copy Editor, Harvard Business Review

Duties and Responsibilities:
Harvard Business Review is looking for a freelance copy editor for a new online publication on global political risk . Candidate will edit 1,200-word reports on emerging-market countries such as Brazil, Russia, India, and China.

Required Experience:
Candidates must have significant business-related copy-editing experience, familiarity with global events and trends, the ability to reorganize blocks of text for logic and clarity, and the ability to work quickly. News copy-editing background extremely helpful.
Applicants will be asked to take a one-hour editing test (at home).
Salary/Hours:
One week per month (usually the third full week of the month). Work can be done at home and ranges from 10 to 30 hours, with time commitment determined by applicant in consultation with publications editor.
